do i need the sleeping pills?

the doctor took me off of the sleeping pills last week, one of the pca's told the other pca's not to wake me up when they came to my room and turned me when they work overnight shift. i've been sleeping fine all night without the sleeping pills. i think one of the main reasons why i would stay awake is because of drinking too much water which would boost my metabolism and make me too energized to sleep.
the metallica concert is on the 13th of october and i still am not sure who's going to go with me. robin (the supervisor of the living program that i'm in) needs to know, so she can make the transportation arrangements and if my friend (who i asked to go with and still hasn't responded to my voice mail) can't go, then robin said that she would go with me.
